REGULAR EMBROIDERY

Traditional embroidery is what we produce the most and is is the simplest and most common embroidery decoration method. A combination of great digitizing and great machine operators make our traditional embroidery operation an extremely good choice for your top of the line garments decoration. We use a variety of top of the line thread brands.

Our Embroidery department is equipped with 65 Barudan embroidery heads.

3D | PUFF EMBROIDERED PATCHES

3D (Puff) embroidery is available as a service. Direct 3D Embroidery has been around for a while and it is achieved by adding a layer of foam pad below the embroidery thread thus generating a dimensional effect. With the advent of more complicated designs and the inclusion of more type and object effects and including a wider variety of garments and other promotional items, E

flat embroidery or 3D traditional embroidery is not an option. This is where a patch is necessary in order to decorate certain items.

3D Embroidered patches are produced on flat material and they can be produced in a 'ganged fashion" where multiple pieces can be done at the same time and then cut to size/shape. This allows for more control and better outcome as far as detail is concerned. These patches are then applied via a heat seal application. They can be applied on any garment / item - even when conventional embroidery might not work out.

Basically, 3D Embroidered patches are easier to apply to a wider variety of wearables and promo items.

FLAT EMBROIDERED PATCHES

Flat Embroidered Patches are a good choice when artwork is more complicated and more detail is needed. Embroidered patches are done on a flat piece of fabric and then  heat transferred onto a garment.

With the advent of new thinner fabrics, more complicated pieces of clothing, etc, Embroidered patches are a better choice.

A design that is well into the 10K+ or more stitches and needs to be applied in a thinner fabric, would cause what is known as "puckering". Too many stitches on a thin piece of clothing would make the fabric pucker up and distort the garment. This is when a embroidered patch would work best.

By the same token, an embroidered patch with a heat seal backing would be easy to apply via a heat press machine in places where traditional hooping for direct embroidery is not possible.
