HEAT TRANSFERS

HEAT TRANSFER OPTIONS

SuperColor  Heat Transfers

Our Newest addition and most versatile heat transfer.

We are delighted to introduce this type of transfer as we feel that is the best one we have offered so far. This type of transfers are good for one color, multicolor or full color.

The biggest advantage is the fact that this type of transfer does not require a die-cut outline.

it is a water-based transfer backed by a transparent glue which makes all objects within the art free of outlines. Free floating text and graphics is the perfect way to decorate those small detailed pieces of art on any substrate.

These can be applied on virtually any type of material. Each type of transfer is made specifically for cotton/50-50, polyester, nylon, soft shell fabrics.

Also, these are perfect to decorate on 6 panel hats while maintaining integrity over the dreaded seam in the center.

These transfers have been tested for 50 industrial washes with no fading, cracking, peeling.

SCREEN PRINTED TRANSFERS

A screen printed transfer (also known as a plastisol transfer) is an image that is screen printed onto a specialty release paper. This image is then transferred to a garment via a heat press.

Why Screen printed transfers instead of direct screen print?..... There are a variety of reasons.  You can keep inventory of transfers without having to keep inventory of decorated garments. An initial investment on transfers only is far less expensive than ordering full decorated garments.

Screen Printed transfers are a good choice when on demand orders are in place. You order a few transfers, Excel keeps them in stock and you send orders against those transfers one or a few at a time. This keeps your initial costs down.

Screen printed transfers are also convenient when hard to decorate items are required - a heat press is a lot more forgiving when it comes to odd shaped items.

Screen printed transfers can be done up to 6 spot colors. The higher the number of colors, the higher the cost of the transfers.

Screen Printed transfers can also be done with specialty inks: Glitter, Metallic, Soft Hand, Glow in the dark.

Visiting our help Zone will let you see more on these type of transfers.

DIGITAL VINYL BASED, TWILL, TEXTURED & GLITTER DIE CUT HEAT TRANSFERS

These type of Heat transfers are good for small orders, single to full color without difference in price. This is a big advantage compared to Screen Printed Transfers.

The most important part on these is the die-cut option. Most pieces of art will probably require a die-cut outline. It is possible at times to avoid a die-cut line. That is determined by the art to be used.

These Heat Transfers are also a good way to decorate small On-Demand programs. Your initial investment on transfers could be small while at the same time keeping the investment on garments to a minimum. Production time using "in stock" transfers is fast - usually 2-3 days if not faster.

Vinyl Based Heat Transfers are produced on a thin vinyl material and printed as full color.

Twill  Heat Transfers are printed on a twill fabric instead of vinyl. This is a good alternative to appliqués or embroidery.

Textured Heat Transfers add a textured look to the final product.  Not as common, but yet a different feel to it.

Glitter Heat Transfers add another decoration alternative. Full color Glitter flakes are added on top of the full color transfer.

FULL COLOR DYE SUBLIMATION  HEAT TRANSFERS

Are you looking for a "zero feel" and full color deco option?  Sublimation Transfers are the answer.

Unfortunately the only material that can be fully and perfectly decorated via this process is 100% polyester and White Color.

You cannot decorate Dark color 100% polyester material via this process. If the color is somewhat light, we are still able to decorate via Sublimation Transfers but the full color effect is distorted by the color of the garment.

With Sublimation Transfers, there is "zero" feel to the print and it will be permanently adhered to the fabric.

One color? Multicolor? Full color? It really does not make a difference.

Since these transfers are printed on high resolution color printers, the detail is superb. What you see as your full color design on a computer is what you will get when your dye sublimated garment is complete. High end photographic works and/or high end detailed graphics can be accomplished without any loss of detail or color. The decoration will not fade or change color for the life of the garment.
