Help Zone | Flat Embroidery

Traditional embroidery is what we produce the most and is is the simplest and common embroidery decoration method. A combination of great digitizing and great machine operators make our traditional embroidery operation an extremely good choice for your top of the line garments decoration. We use Robinson Anton and Madeira thread brands.
Our Embroidery department is equipped with 76 Barudan embroidery heads that range from 9 thread colors to 12 thread colors. 

Designs that are composed of gradients/halftones and include small type and intricate detail are not suited for embroidery. This does not mean it cannot be embroidered. What needs to be considered is the fact that all of the above does not reproduce clearly with embroidery threads.
We recommend bold and graphic based designs as the ones that produce the best outcome. 

On the other hand, a design that is well into the 10K or more stitches and needs to be applied in a thinner fabric, would cause what is known as “puckering”. Too many stitches on a thin piece of clothing would make the fabric pucker up and distort the image. This is when an embroidered patch would work best.

Our Embroidery Department is equipped with Barudan embroidery machines, for a total of 80 embroidery heads ranging from 9 to 15 thread colors. We feature Robinson Anton and Marathon thread brands. 
Matching PMS colors via Embroidery is possible only on basic Pantone® colors. The extremely wide gamut of colors available on the Pantone system makes it impossible to have thread colors that match. We do our best to have perfect or near perfect Pantone matches. If We are not able to do so, we will always recommend an available replacement.
